Ⅰ．はじめに

　茎状突起過長症とは，茎状突起の過長により咽喉頭および頭頸部などにさまざまな症状を呈する疾患である^1）。また，骨性分離腫とは，骨組織がもともと存在しない場所に発生した骨性腫瘍で，口腔内軟組織に多く発生する^10～12）。今回われわれは，舌有郭乳頭部の骨性分離腫を合併した茎状突起過長症の1例を経験したので若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

□Abstract

　Reports of the elongated styloid process and osseous choristoma of the tongue are relatively rare in otolaryngology. We recently experienced a patient who had elongated styloid process with osseous choristoma of the tongue. A 36-year-old woman was complaining of pain around the right subparotid portion due to elongated styloid process and a painful swallowing due to osseous choristoma of the tongue. We perfomed styloidectomy and total resection of the osseous choristoma of the tongue. After the operation, her complaint disappeared completely.
