I．はじめに

　外耳道に発生する癌は比較的少なく^1），病理組織学的には扁平上皮癌が最も多く，腺癌は稀である^1）。

　今回われわれは，外耳道に発生し乳突洞にまで進展した耳垢腺癌の1例を経験したので報告する。

　A 54-year-old female presented with tinnitus in her right ear. Physical examinations showed a white mass in the right external auditory canal and tympanic membrane. Histopathological examination revealed ceruminous adenocarcinoma from the apocrine gland of the external auditory canal. The tumor was completely removed under general anesthesia. The postoperative course was uneventfull without any signs of recurrence for 1 year after surgery.
