　はじめに

外耳道癌は比較的稀といわれているが，その中では扁平上皮癌が多い。耳垢腺由来の腫瘍には耳垢腺腫，多形腺腫，腺様嚢胞癌，耳垢腺癌がある。今回われわれは，耳垢腺由来の腺癌を経験したので若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A 62-year-old man complained of hearing loss in his left ear. A white elastic hard mass waslocalized at the anterior wall of the left external auditory canal. The mass was removed by wide local excision. Histological examination revealed ceruminous adenocarcinoma which was originated from the apocrine gland of the external auditory canal. At almost 3 years after the operation there was no evidence of either recurrence or distant metastasis.
