糖尿病性黄斑症に対するアルゴンとダイレーザーによる格子状網膜光凝固術の検討．第2報

Grid pattern photocoagulation with argon or dye laser in diabetic retinopathy. Part 2

　両眼性糖尿病性黄斑症28例に対し，ダイレーザー（576または577nm）とアルゴン・ブルーグリーンレーザーで格子状網膜光凝固を行った。片眼のみ凝固を行い，反対眼は未治療のままコントロールとした。術後視力の変化はダイ凝固群（13眼），アルゴン凝固群（15眼），コントロール群（28眼）で大きな差はなかった。各群とも，後部硝子体剥離がないと視力が低下する症例がみられた。凝固群ではコントロール群より黄斑浮腫の軽減した症例が多かった。ダイ凝固群とアルゴン凝固群では，黄斑浮腫の軽減に大きな差はなかった。硝子体螢光値測定vitreous fluorophotometryの変化と術後視力はよく一致した。

We treated 28 patients with bilateral diabeticmaculopathy with grid pattern photocoagulation.In each patient, only one eye was treated with thefellow eye serving as control. The visual acuity waswell matched between the treated and the felloweyes.

The treatment was frequently followed by reduc-tion in macular edema. The posttreatment visualacuity was the same in treated and control eyes.There was no difference between argon and dyelaser in reducing effect of macular edema. Readingsof vitreous fluorophotometry were well correlatedwith the course of visual acuity.
