（18-P3-10）　線維柱帯切除術後の前房消失に対し，前房内に粘弾性物質を注入して前房形成をはかった群（5例）と圧迫眼帯を行った群（10例）について，その効果と合併症を比較した。粘弾性物質注入群では前房形成に要した日数は平均2.2日で，60％が1回の注入で前房が形成された。一方，圧迫眼帯群は前房形成まで平均3.5日を要した。術後眼圧は両群間に差はみられなかった。角膜内皮細胞数を術前と術後で比較すると，注入群では変化がみられなかったが，圧迫群では術後の内皮細胞数は有意に減少していた（p＜0.05）。以上から，線維柱帯切除術後の前房消失例に対する粘弾性物質注入療法は有用な方法と考えられた。

We treated 15 eyes of flat anterior chamber after trabeculectomy. Five eyes received injection of sodium hyaluronate into the anterior chamber. The anterior chamber was reformed after an average of 2.2 days. The other 10 eyes were treated by pressure bandage. The anterior chamber was reformed after an average of 3.5 days. There was no significant difference in the intraocular pressure between the two groups 4 months later. Corneal endothelial cell population was significantly decreased in the pressure bandage group and not in the hyaluronate group. The findings show the safety and effectiveness of injection of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of flat anterior chamber after trabeculectomy.
