Abstract 文献概要

（18-P2-17）　メルケル細胞癌は高齢者の頭頸部，特に頬部に好発する比較的稀な腫瘍である。今回筆者らは，早期に診断，加療できたメルケル細胞癌を経験した。

　症例は67歳の女性。左上眼瞼縁の3×5mm径の暗赤色腫瘤を主訴として受診し，生検でメルケル細胞癌が疑われたため，瞼板を含めた眼瞼腫瘍切除術および眼瞼形成術を行った。また全身検索の結果，画像上縦隔リンパ節への転移が疑われた。術後経過は現在機能障害，醜形も見られず良好である。

　メルケル細胞癌は稀ではあるが，悪性度が高い。しかし生検による早期発見で，早期治療が可能と考身られる．

A-67-year-old woman presented with a red nodulation on the left upper eyelid. The tumor measured 3 X 5mm in size. Biopsy showed findings suggesting Merkel cell carcinoma. The lesion was treated by surgical removal including the tarsal plate and by eyelid reconstruction. Computed tomoraphy and gallium scintigraphy showed meastasis to the mediastinal lymph nodes. There has been no recurrence during 6 months after surgery and no functional or cosmetic problem. Merkel cell carcinoma is rare but is highly malignant. This case illustrates that it can be treated by early detection by biopsy and by early surgery.
