Abstract 文献概要

　YAG laser capsulotomyにより眼内レンズの硝子体中落下，いわゆるsun set phenomenonをきたした1症例を経験した。症例は74歳，女性。右眼の急激な視力低下を主訴として近医で眼内レンズ脱臼を指摘され，手術目的で紹介された。右眼の硝子体手術施行後，レンズを眼外に取り出すことなく，同じ眼内レンズをout of the bagに再固定して整復した。以後10か月間，経過は良好である。

A 74-year-old female underwent extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens (IOL) implantation in the right eye. She received YAG laser capsulotomy for aftercataract 7 weeks later. Acute visual loss set in 4 months after cataract surgery. The IOL was dislocated in the vitreous, presenting sunset phenomenon. The eye was treated by vitrectomy and refixation of IOL out of the bag. She has been doing well with good vision in the treated eye during the ensuing 10 months.
