要約　目的：漿液性網膜剝離（SRD）を伴う多発消失性白点症候群（MEWDS）の2例3眼に対し，脈絡膜厚の計測で経過を追った2症例の報告。

症例：1例は35歳の女性で，2日前からの左眼の羞明で受診した。眼底に白点が散在し，光干渉断層計（OCT）で脈絡膜の肥厚とSRDがあった。他の1例は40歳の女性で，4日前からの両眼の中心視力低下が主訴であった。眼底に白点が散在し，OCTでSRDと脈絡膜の肥厚があった。両症例ともMEWDSと診断した。無治療で眼底の白斑は消失し，脈絡膜厚は減少した。

結論：急性期のMEWDSでのSRDと脈絡膜の肥厚は，本症に脈絡膜循環が関与していることを示す所見であると解釈される。

Abstract　Purpose：To report two cases of multiple evanescent white dot syndrome（MEWDS）with serous retinal detachment who were followed up for choroidal thickness by optical coherence tomography（OCT）.

Cases：One was a 35-year-old female who complained of photophobia in the left eye since two days before. The left eye showed multiple white dots. OCT showed choroidal thickening and serous retinal detachment. The other was a 40-year-old female who noted impaired central vision in both eyes since 4 days before. Both eyes showed multiple white dots. OCT showed choroidal thickening and serous retinal detachment. Both cases were diagnosed with MEWDS. White dots in the fundus disappeared spontaneously associated with decrease in choroidal thickness.

Conclusion：Serous retinal detachment and choroidal thickening in the present cases seem to show that impaired choroidal circulation may be involved in the pathogenesis of MEWDS.
