要約　目的：眼内レンズの位置異常に対して整復手術を行った背景状況の報告。対象と方法：過去78か月間に眼内レンズの整復手術を行った106眼を対象とした。白内障手術から整復手術までの期間，症例の背景，白内障手術の合併症などを検索した。結果：白内障手術から整復手術までの期間は平均103.6か月であった。Zinn小帯の脆弱化因子として，他手術の既往が16眼，アトピー性皮膚炎が14眼，眼球打撲が11眼，ぶどう膜炎が9眼，落屑症候群が4眼にあった。強度近視が21眼にあり，白内障術中の合併症が26眼にあった。結論：Zinn小帯の脆弱化因子がある症例や，白内障術中に合併症が生じた症例では，術後に眼内レンズの位置異常が生じる可能性がある。

Abstract.　Purpose：To present a review of 106 eyes that received repositioning of dislocated intraocular lens. Cases and Method：This study was made on 106 eyes that received repositioning of dislocated intraocular lens in the past 78 months. They were evaluated regarding the duration after cataract surgery, their background, and intraoperative complications. Results：Duration between cataract surgery and repositioning of intraocular lens averaged 103.6 months. Following factors were identified as causing weakening of zonule of Zinn：previous eye surgery 16 eyes, atopic dermatitis 14 eyes, blunt ocular trauma 11 eyes, uveitis 9 eyes, and exfoliation syndrome 4 eyes. High myopia had been present in 21 eyes. Complication during cataract surgery had developed in 26 eyes. Conclusion：Inserted intraocular lens may develop late dislocation and need repositioning in eyes with weak zonule or with complication during initial cataract surgery.
