　ぶどう膜炎を起こした幼虫移行症の2症例を報告した．眼底に蛇行する線条を認め，幼虫移行症が疑われるが虫体を同定できない場合オクタロニー法や，IgE値の変動が，診断の手がかりになると考えられた．

Two male adults, aged 36 and 38 years each, presented with signs of subacute iritis and sub-retinal tracks. The subretinal tracks showed early hyperfluorescence when seen by fluorescein angio-graphy. Both cases were unilaterally involved. We suspected ophthalmomyiasis based on clinical find-ings. The serum from one of the cases reacted positive to antigen of Gasterophilus ontestinalin when tested with the Ocuterlony method. Treat-ment with topical and oral dexamethosone was effective in suppressing the uveitis.
