眼部異常を伴うdermolipomaの下にみられた上強膜骨性分離腫

Episcleral osseous choristoma with epibulbar dermolipoma and other ocular abnormalities.

　12歳女子の右眼の外直筋と上直筋との間に拡がるepibulbar dermolipomaを切除したところ，その下にキノコ状隆起を呈するepiscleral osseous choristoma上強膜骨性分離腫を認めた．本症例では，右外眼角部の眼瞼欠損がみられ，外直筋鞘と癒合したdermolipoma組織が眼瞼欠損部の皮膚に連なっており，さらに重症筋無力症による両眼瞼下垂に加えて右眼外方の部分的眼瞼下垂も合併していた．

A 12-year-old female child manifested epibulbar tumor in her right eye since infancy. The right was slightly ptotic. A lid coloboma was present near the lateral canthus of right eye.

The epibulbar tumor was located between the superior and the lateral rectus muscles. On resec-tion, it involved the lateral muscle sheath and was confluent with the skin at the lid coloboma. The tumor proved to be dermolipoma. It lay over a solitary nodule located in the superior temporal sclera 10mm posterior to the limbus. Histologically, the nodule was an episcleral osseous choristoma, consisting of a mature compact bone surrounded by thin connective tissue.
