　1981年3月から1984年3月までの3年間に九大眼科を受診した内因性ぶどう膜炎患者のうち，眼科的および全身的にサルコイドーシスの診断を得た34症例（確定群）と，サルコイドーシスに特微的な眼科的所見がみられるにもかかわらず全身的にそれを支持する所見を確認できなかった7症例（非確定群）を比較検討し，以下の結果を得た．

（1）両群共，隅角結節の出現頻度が最も高かった．

（2）非確定群7例の中に，確定群で頻度が高かった眼病変の組合せと同様の出現傾向を示す例が3例みられた．

（3）サルコイドーシスの中には，胸部X線上両側肺門部リンパ節腫脹の出現や，血清アンギオテンシン変換酵素の上昇を伴わず，眼科的にのみその所見をとらえうる症例が存在する．

We evaluated the clinical features of 34 cases of sarcoidosis with ocular and systemic involvement and 7 cases of presumed sarcoidosis with ocular involvement only during a 3-year period ending March 1984.

The presence of trabecular nodules was the most frequent and characteristic clinical feature for both groups. Other ocular signs were also similar in incidence and in the combinations for both groups.Thus, the 7 cases with ocular involvement only were judged to be sarcoidosis in origin even though they were not associated with bilateral hilar lym-phadenopathy on chest roentgenograms nor with elevation of serum angiotensin convertig enzyme.
