無ヘパリン化血液再循環透析法partial blood recirculation dialysisで維持透析中の糖尿病性牽引性網膜剥離患者3眼に，硝子体切除術を施行した。
（1）症例1は術前視力の指数弁から0.6へ，症例2は手動弁から0.3へ，症例3は指数弁から0.5へと良好な視力改善を得た。
（2）術中術後の大きな出血はなく，2症例では，虹彩ルベオーシス出現もなく，眼圧上昇も認められなかった。1症例では併発白内障摘出術を同時に施行したため，術後1週目に虹彩ルベオーシス出現，眼圧上昇をみたが，加療により1カ月後にはルベオーシスは消褪し，眼圧も落着いた。
（3）3症例共，術中術後を通して全身状態は安定し，血糖値コントロールも良好であった。無ヘパリン化血液再循環透析法は，維持透析中の糖尿病性牽引性網膜剥離患者の硝子体切除術時，および術後の出血予防に有効であった。
We performed vitrectomy in 3 patients with dia-betic tractional detachment who were under main-tenance hemodialysis therapy. All the patients were treated by non-heparinized partial blood recircula-tion dialysis from 3 days before till 2 weeks after vitrectomy.
Remarkable improvement in visual acuity result-ed in all the cases. They attained visual acuity of 0.3 to 0.6 from the presurgical level of hand motion to counting fingers.
Minor vitreous hemorrhage occurred during surgery but was absorbed within a few days. No postoperative hemorrhage occurred in the present series.
