乳頭周囲輪状網膜硝子体癒着による牽引性網膜剥離の治療

Treatment of traction detachment with peripapillary vitreoretinal adhesion.

緒　言

　近年わが国においても硝子体手術が数多く行なわれるようになり，硝子体出血の治療等にめざましい効果をおさめている。今回著者らは，硝子体出血や滲出などが原因となつて，乳頭周囲に輪状硝子体癒着を起こし，これからvitreous baseに至る膜様の硝子体索の形成により，乳頭周囲に牽引性網膜剥離をきたしたと思おれる症例を2例経験した。治療として経強膜法硝子体手術によりこの硝子体索を切除吸引し，網膜の復位に成功したのでここに報告する。

Two cases of traction retinal detachment caused by peripapillary vitreoretinal adhesion were treated with closed vitrectomy via the pars plana. One case was 26 year old male and showed peri-papillary traction detachment ensuing the vitreous hemorrhage which developed after blunt headtrauma. The other case was 41 year old male and showed the similar type of traction retinal detachment following hemorrhagic exudative pericarditis preceded by abdominal surgery. There was no history of diabetes or hypertension in either case.
