Abstract 文献概要
1ページ目 Look Inside

　specular microscopeおよびdigitizer法を用いて，水晶体嚢外摘出14眼，Shear—ing lens挿入17眼およびiridocapsular lens挿入13眼の術前，術後1,3,6カ月目の角膜内皮細胞の形態的変化について経時的に検討した。

（1）平均細胞面積は嚢外摘出眼，人工水晶体挿入眼とも1ヵ月以内に拡大し，1ヵ月以後から6ヵ月目まではほとんど不変であった。

（2）平均細胞面積の増加率は嚢外摘出眼，Shearinglens挿入眼，iridocapsular lens挿入の角膜内皮—人工レンズ非接触眼，iridocapsular lens挿入の角膜内皮—人工レンズ接触眼の順に増加していた。

（3）人工水晶体挿入時，角膜内皮に接触したのはShearing lens 1眼（6％），irido—capsular lens 5眼（38％）であった。

（4）嚢外摘出眼，Shearing lens挿入眼，iridocapsular lens挿入の非接触眼は大型細胞の出現と細胞面積のばらつきが少なく，それに比しiridocapsular lens挿入の接触眼は大型細胞の高率な出現と細胞面債のばらつきが著明であった。

For the purpose to compare the long-term effects of simple cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation on the corneal endothelium, 14 eyes with simple planned extracapsular cataract extrac-tions, 13 eyes with iridocapsular lens implantations by suture fixation and 17 eyes with Shearing pos-terior chamber lens implantations were studied using clinical specular microscope. Central endo-thelial photographs were obtained preoperatively, one month, 3 months and 6 months after surgery. Specular photomicrographs were analyzed using a computerized digitizer.
