完全摘出に成功した虹彩毛様体良性腫瘍の2症例

Two cases of benign ciliary body tumor:Fluorescein iridography and surgical excision

　2例の虹彩毛様体腫瘍に対し，前眼部螢光撮影を施行し検討を加え，臨床的に1例は悪性腫瘍，他例は良性腫瘍と思われた。

　2例とも腫瘍摘出術を施行，その手技の詳細を述べた。更に病理組織学的に2例とも良性腫瘍との診断を得た。臨床的に悪性腫瘍が疑われても、眼球摘出する前に腫瘍摘出術を検討する必要があると考える。

Two cases of benign ciliary body tumor, which underwent total excision of the lesion without sacrificing the entire eye, are presented.

Case 1: A 28-year-old woman noticed a red-dish neoplasm in her right eye and was diagnosed elsewhere as a malignant tumor. The findings of biomicroscopy and fluorescein iridography strongly suggested malignant nature of the lesion. The tumor and the adjacent portion of the iris, angle structures, ciliary body, cornea and sclera were removed en bloc under the half-thickness corneo-scleral flap. The histologic diagnosis was benign mesectodermal leiomyoma of the ciliary body.
