　涙液分泌不全にみられた，難治性角膜潰瘍の経験例について報告した。2例2眼は，シェーグレン症候群の疑い例の人工的無水晶体眼で，1眼は穿孔性であった。他の1例1眼は，シェーグレン症候群にみられた穿孔性角膜潰瘍で，これら3例3眼の角膜所見と臨床経過について述べた。

　乾性角結膜炎，シェーグレン症候群，慢性関節リウマチにみられる穿孔をも来たす，角膜潰瘍の症例について最近報告がなされており，自験例もこれらに属するものと考えられた。報告例について紹介し，あわせて臨床上の問題点について述べた。

We observed three cases of unilateral corneal ulceration and perforation associated with hypo-secretion of the lacrimal gland. All the cases hap-pened to be senile subjects aged 80, 72 and 73 years each.

The corneal ulceration in the first two cases de-veloped in aphakic eyes. They were diagnosed asprobable cases of Sjögren syndrome after appea-rance of corneal lesions. Perforation of the cornea resulted in the first case despite intensive treatment. The third case, who manifested corneal ulceration and consequent perforation, was diagnosed as de-finite case of Sjögren syndrome.
