緒　言

　1948年PosnerおよびSchlossman^1）によつて，Glaucomatocyclitic Crisisと呼ばれる眼圧上昇発作を特徴とする開放隅角型の緑内障が報告されて以来，多教の報告例がみられる。

　Posner-Schiossman症倒群は独立したClinicalentityとして原発性と続発性緑内障の中間に位置づけられて，かなりの数の症例が日常診療で観察される。その病因・病態には不明の点が残り，若年者層に比較的多いといわれている。われわれは3回の眼圧上昇発作を観察できた10歳，女児例に遭遇したのでSteroid rcsponseの成績を含めて報告する。文献上の報告例としては最年少と考えられる。

A 10-year-old girl developed the Posner-Schloss-man syndrome (glaucomatocyclitic crisis) in herleft eye. She had three attacks during the fore-going 9-month period. The duration of an at-tack was 10 to 14 days and the intraocular pres-sure lay between 37 and 47 mmHg.

Both eyes were tested for stetoid response dur-ing the interval of glaucomatocyclitic attacks using 0.1% dexamethasone. The response was positive in the right and negative in the left eye. It was our interpretation that she was ba-sically a steroid responder and that her affected, left eye showed a negative steroid response due to altered outflow channel.
