緒　言

　われわれは先に，動的周辺視野には，一般的な臨床レベルのセットアップで測定された場合，ある程度の測定誤差を見込まねばならないことを述べ，その原因の一つとして，中心固視の変動を挙げた^1）。今回は，網膜静電位を使用して，視野測定中の被検者の眼球運動を記録し，固視変動の問題について論ずることを目的とした。

Eye movements of 20 patients were monitored by electro-oculogram (EOG) during peripheral field tests. A Goldmann perimeter was used undera room light. By this method, fine movements of the eye were difficult to be followed, but it was possible to document gross eye movements and to estimate the reliability of measured fields. EOG recordings of well-cooperated patients indi-cated only blinking waves and artifacts from electrode-polarization. Travelling of gaze did not seem to be affected the size of targets and visual fields. The grade of gaze travelling depended on the characteristics of patients.
