Photographic Recording of Point of Fixation

緒言

　眼底カメラに視標を内蔵させ被検眼がそれを注視することで視機能を反映した写真の得られることは，固視の研究に既に採用されている所である。著者は臨床的に更に活用の幅を広げる目的でマミヤ眼底カメラFR−200の反射主鏡の周囲に発光ダイオードを敷設し，眼筋麻痺の程度判定や複数視標をみる眼位などをみるのに役立つことを第28回臨床眼科学会で報告した。しかしこの方式では黄斑中心窩を直接撮影することができないのでそのための視標を考案し，これが固視点記録にも利用できるので報告したい。

A photographic documentation of point of fixation was attempted by modifying a standard Mamiya fundus camera. As the target for fixa-tion, a black plate, subtending an angle of 30 seconds, was placed in front of the illumination system of the fundus camera. A cross was placed in the center of the optical pathway leading to the recording film. This method has the advantage that the resulting fundus picture is less obtrusive to the observer and allows a clear view of the point of fixation.
