緒　言

　視神経乳頭の先天異常特にpitに黄斑部の扁平剥離が高頻度に合併する事はよく知られているが，その成因については諸説があり，未だ一致した見解はない。一方，最近少数ではあるが，乳頭近傍に異常な動きを伴うpit，peripapillary staphylomaの存在する事が報告され，その原因について種々論議されている。

　今回，著者らは片眼性の視神経乳頭形成異常に，黄斑部扁平剥離及びその部の異常な運動を伴つた1例に遭遇した，諸検査の結果と共にその本態について興味ある知見を得たので報告する。

A case of contractile optic disc coloboma with a macular serous retinal detachment in a 27-year-old man is reported. The purpose of this report is to explain the diagnosis of congenital optic disc anomaly and the causes of the contractile movement and the serous detachment by fluorescein angiography, stereophotograph and electrophysiological examinations including scoto-pic ERG, photopic ERG and VER.

1) The right optic nerve head showed a colo-bomatous appearance with sharp undercut bor-ders, 10D in depth and twice the left optic nerve head in diameter.
