緒 言
著者らは，前回の第30回日本臨床眼科学会1）において，網膜微小循環障害における血液凝固系亢進の関与がきわめて大きい要因の一つであることを報告した。
現在多くの研究者が，糖尿病性網膜症が血管閉塞性の病変である点で一致しており，著者らは，糖尿病性網膜症をとりあげて，網膜循環障害として重要な役割をしめるretinal ischemiaと血小板凝集能および血清過酸化脂質の関連性について，検討したので報告する。
We evaluated the blood plate agglutination and peroxide lipid in the circulating blood in 69 cases with advanced diabetic retinopathy belonging to the stage Ⅲ (Scott) or more. These values were correlated with fluorescein angiographic findings with particualar attention to the presence and severity of areas of retinal non-perfusion which was classified into three groups: (+), (++) and(+++). Findings in 18 normal cases served as control.
There was no significant difference between the diabetic and control subjects regarding blood platelet agglutination.
