視力の他覚的測定法に関する臨床的研究（2）

The clinical study of objective measurement of visual acuity (Report 2)

1．はじめに

　私達は，前回他覚的視力測定の臨床的応用として，正視および完全矯正眼における自覚的視力と他覚的視力値の関係について実験を行ない，試視力表の各列において，両者の関係について順相関性を認め，自覚視力の等しいときに他覚的測定値は略々一致することを示した。

　今回はさらに，裸眼視力0.04から1.0までの屈折異常眼において実験を行ない，自覚的視力と他覚的視力値の相関性について検討を行なつたのでここに報告する。

The relation between the objectively measured visual acuity and the subjectively mea-sured visual acuity was examined in 100 eyes of ammetropia.

The objective measurement of visual acuity was performed by the assistance of the di-sappearance of optokinetic pendulous nystagmus with "Yamaji's Objective Vision Tester".

The results were as follows :

1) About the relation of both visual acuities, the Correlation Coefficient (r) was as follows.

r₁= 0.96 r₂= 0.79 r₃= 0.93

As these values approached to 1, the relation of both visual acuities correlated suffici-ently in order.
