IV．他覚的視力測定法による測定値の分散について

　他覚的視力測定法を詐盲看破に応用する事については，既に第6回災害医学会総会に於いて著者の述べた所であるが，その後装置の改良に勉め，第7回災害医学会総会に於いて改良した装置について発表した。

　今回はこの改良した装置を用いて健康眼（但し屈折異常以外の眼疾患を有しない者）188眼，非健康眼，312眼，合計500眼について測定した成績を述べる。

Using the principles of Ohm, Goldmann and Gunther, various modifications of objective vision tests were evaluated.

Generally, the visual distance measured by optokinetic nystagmus changed by a trainingof the subject and constant results were obtained after several times of the practice. The visual distance determined by any one of these methods could roughly show a visual acui-ty.

Visual field could also be determined by optokinetic nystagmus to some extent.
