緒言

　近年化学療法の急速な進歩普及に伴つて，感染性疾患は秀れた治療効果を期待し得るに至つた。一方抗生物質の濫用によつて細菌が年々耐性を獲得することは避けられない事実である。

　眼科領域に於ても炎症性疾患に早くから各種抗生物質が用いられている反面，耐性菌が証明されており，眼起炎菌に対する薬剤耐性に関してもこれ迄，屡々報告されている。

The author have reported on the statistics of the flora of acute conjunctivitis 100 cases and also investigated the sensitivity of 50 strains of organisms which were isolated from the conjunctival sack of acute conjunctivitis of 8 kinds of antibiotics using sensitivity tablet examined at the Sapporo Medical College Hospital 17th February 1960 to 7th. October 1960.
