小児眼窩疾患の診療について

Diagnosis and treatment of some cases of orbital diseases in children

緒言

　小児に見られる眼窩疾患は，時には急を要し，或いは時には他科の援助を必要とし，その診療は概して仲々困難である。私共は，過去に於いて，幾例かのこの種患者を取扱う機会を持ち，種々の感想を得たので，その中の数例を選んで概略を報告し，大方の御批判を仰ぎ度いと思う。

Recently, the authors observed a few cases of orbital diseases in children. Out of these the authors reported here a few, and also wrote their opinions about them. The were the following 6 cases.

1. Congenital anophthalmy with cytoma in the orbit and palpebrae.

2. Orbital periostitis.

3. Orbital chloroma accompanied with acute myclotic leukemia.

4. Fulminent rhinogenic meningitis which showed palpebral oedema as the first symp-tom.

5. Pyocele of the frontal sinus.

6. Serious burn of the eye by the flame.
