急性結膜炎の細菌学的研究（第1報）

Bacteriologic study on the acute Conjunctivitis

緒言

　健康な或は病的結膜嚢内の細菌に就て，又日常我々が遭遇する感染性結膜炎に於て如何なる細菌が之に関与しているかは，現在迄に数多くの報告がある。然しながら近年，時代の推移と共に感染性結膜炎起炎菌の菌種並びに比率が変つて来た事も事実である。勿論時と所に依つて異る事は云う迄もない。嘗ては感染性結膜炎と云えば，コッホ・ウィークス氏桿菌（以下K．W菌と略称）が第一指に数えられたが現在では流行性角結膜炎が之に代り，淋菌性結膜炎の如きは著しく減じて来た。私はこの事実に就き少しく考察を試みるべく本実験を行い若干の知見を得たので報告する。

Recently bacterial ocular diseases have decreased since the appearance of various kinds of antibiotics, on the contrary Keratoconjunctivitis epidemica are prevalent widely.

Though extensive investigations on acute conjunctivitis carried out, many gaps remain in our knowledge of this subject.

The objective of this study was to review that problem. The author have reported on the statistics of flora of acute conjunctivitis 80 cases examined at the Sapporo medical col-lege Hospital from 25 th. May 1959 to 2nd. October 1959.
