　皮膚粘膜葡萄膜症候群（以下皮粘葡と略記）と皮膚粘膜結膜症候群（以下皮粘結と略記）との原因乃至は分類上の異同は兎に角として，何れにしても可成り長期に亘つて難治であり，特に前者に於ては失明率が高い。偶々32年から35年迄に同症5例に対し東洋医学の薬物及び食養による治療を加え，好結果を得たのでここに報告御叱正を乞う。

The author treated 5 patients, two of which suffered from muco-cutaneo-conjunctival syndrome, with the treatment of Chinese medicine which consisted of aliment therapy and pharmacotherapy. Though the classification and the cause of the syndrome were debatable because of the variety and the atypical type of the syndrome, the author recog-nized the abnormalities of the patients as nonspecific reactions and ascribed these reac-tions to the adaptation syndrome in Chinese medicine, and treated them with the Zuisho-Chiryo (the treatment against the symptom) and also the alimentotherapy. The results were very satisfactory.
