緒言

　光力学症或は光線過敏症については皮膚科領域で既に数々の報告がある。しかし乍ら，光線過敏症の中でも特異な存在である先天性ポルフィリン症となると極めて稀であり，本邦では僅か数例の報告をみるに過ぎず，更にその眼症状については殆んど記載がない。私共は偶々本症の眼症状を観察し得た機会にその所見を述べておこう。

The ocular symptoms in a 15 years old female with congenital porphyria were described. Erosions of the bulbar conjunctiva and the cornea on the lateral angle of the left eye were observed. The erosion of the cornea later developed into a white spot and finally a cor-neal staphyloma.

Diffuse superficial keratitis was found in the right eye. Other ocular manifestations observed were cicatrication of the eye lid, trichiasis, and conjestion, turbidity and thicke-ning of the conjunctiva.
