　虹彩のチステは多くは手術的に処置する必要が有るのであるが，今日まで良い術式がなかつた。我々は最近の1例にいささか新しい方法を試み，存外良い結果を得たので，ここに報告する事とした。わずか1回の経験を筆にする事は慎しむべきであると思わないではないが，この疾患は比較的稀であり，次回の手術は何時に成るか判らないので，兎も角も発表する。

The wall faceing to the anterior chamber of a very big iris cyst with complicated glau-coma was incised with a thin Graefe knife, while the anterior chamber was being pierced with a Green-Kanki's needle. Saline solution was supplied through the needle to keep the anterior chamber enough deep during surgery. The knife was driven directy into the cyst through lateral limbal cornea. The incision was performed in a lever action combined with a sawing motion of the knife making the insertion point of the cornea as a fulcrum of the lever. Nasal side. of the cornea was never touched with the knife.
