眼窩領域において黒色腫は比較的稀な疾患とみなされているが，最近私は健眼に耳側視野の狭窄を伴つた眼窩悪性黒色腫の1例に遭遇したので報告する。
A malignant orbital melanoma of the left eye in a 40 years old male was extracted. Eight months later, the melanoma recurred being accompanied with the temporal con-striction of visual field of the right eye.
The X-ray irradiation and operative treatments were performed and the constriction of visual field of the opposite eye improved. This constriction was probably due to metasta-sis of the tumor to optic chiasma by angiography and other procedures.
