興味ある症状を呈した脳橋前端部症候群？

Some symptomes apparently caused by the lesion of cephalic portion of pons.: A case report

I．緒言

　先に吾々^1）は，末梢循環障碍によると推定されるFoville氏症候群第Ⅲ型の治験例を報告したが，次で今回は左水平注視麻痺，左顔面神経麻痺左半身運動不全麻痺，右舌咽神経麻痺並に左指尖知覚異常等を訴える症例を経験した。この症例は一見，Foville氏症候群の第Ⅰ型，即ち病巣は大脳にある如く思われたが，種々なる検索並に其の経過観察の結果，右側脳橋前端部に主病巣の存在を推測するのが妥当な稀らしい症例と判定されるので茲に報告する。

The case is a 47 years old male, with left horizontal gaze paralysis, left supranuclear facial paralysis, left hemiparesis, paresthesia on finger tips of the left hand, and horizontal nystagmus in extreme right-ward gaze. Further, right glossopharyngeal paralysis and right deviation conjuguee appeared after admission to hospital. Various studies revealed that the lesions were mainly in the cephalic portion of the right side of the pons, with some extensions to the superior portions of the right medulla oblongata.
