I．緒言

　復位網膜——剥離の検眼鏡的治癒を呈した網膜——の機能の内で，光覚について未だ詳細な知見に乏しい。これが解明の一助として，私は黄斑部網膜の剥離時並びにその復位後にわたつて暗順応計測を実施したので，ここに報告する。

Dark adaptation of macular region was measured by using Nagel adaptometer in 31 eyes of 31 patients, in whom retina including macular region had shown detachment and has shown complete reattachment after surgical treament. The observation was made beforeoperation and at 1st, 2nd and a half, 4th, and 7th months after the operation in each case.

Results obtained are as follows :

1. The dark adaptation of the detached macular region varied in individual case ranging between nearly normal and severely damaged values, the latter of which contained so damaged lesion that the dark adaptation could not be measured.
