網膜剥離復位眼の視野

Study on visual field of reattached retina

緒言

　復位網膜の機能のうちで，視野は比較的屡々論じられた処であるが，その何れも概略的な判定の域を出でない。私はこれを，より精密に数値的把握をしようと意図して，広大眼科で加療した網膜剥離復位例について，計測視野の広さをその立体角値で表現し，復位前後にわたる推移の検討を試みたので，ここに報告する。

The study was made on observations of visual fields of 34 eyes in 34 cases, all of which had a condition of repairment flowing a single tear closing diathermy operation done for spontaneous retinal detachment. The visual fields were observed in terms of white isopter (target with 20mm and 1.25mm) and color isopter (blue, red, green targets with 20mm) during the period of 7 months after the completion of reattachment. The widths of these fields are investigated with a stand point of their solid angle and results obtained are as follows:

1) In detached eyes, solid angle of color isopter was narrower than that of white isopter.
