ストレプトマイシンの点眼により感作され，注射により惹起されたアレルギー性結膜炎の1例について

A Case of allergic Conjunctivitis was gave occasion to Streptomycin injection, was sensitive to Eyelotion of Streptomycin

緒言

　抗生物質の副作用，特にペニシリンアナフィラキシーについては既に幾多の報告があり，皮膚反応等も広く応用せられ，その投与方法等の改善についても研究されて居るが，他の抗生物質特にストレプトマイシン（以下ストマイと略称）のアレルギー反応に関する報告も之に劣らず，特に眼症状については眼科領域に於ても多数の報告がなされて居るが，ストマイ或はマイシリンの点眼によるもの或は結核患者のストマイ注射の際に発生せる場合等同一投与方法に於ける発生例が圧倒的である。我々はストマイ点眼後約6ヵ月経過してストマイ1.0g筋注を行つた際，高度の眼瞼腫脹を伴つたアレルギー性結膜炎を発住した興味ある1例を経験したので報告する。

We were experienced an allergic Conjunctivitis, then it was attended with Edema of both Eyelides, for inside of Muscular Injection (M. triangulavis of right upper arm) of S. M. 1.0g, as a resuqt of Influenza, at about six Monthes ago her used 1% S. M. Eyelotion for both Eyelides.

This case was indicated of "so called" local Anaphylaxie for Injection of S. M, it was Sensitile to only Conjunctiva of both Eyelides for Incally used of SM.
