緒言

　1896年Rochon-Duvigneaud氏により上眼窩裂の腫瘍，視東管の梅毒性骨膜炎に由ると考えられる特異な症候群即ち1側性の眼筋麻痺，三叉神経第1枝領域の知覚異常，視力障碍等が一度に惹起されたる症候群が報告され又本邦では遠藤文雄氏（昭和11年）^1）に依り初めて眼窩漏斗尖端部疾患の際の症候群が報告された。爾来，眼窩漏斗尖端症候群として報告された症例は尠くはないが私共は最近眼圧上昇をもつて発症し緑内障と誤られた本症候群の1例に遭遇したので茲に報告し大方諸賢の御批判を仰ぐ次第である。

A case, male of 14 years old, wth Rochon-Duvigneaud's Syndrome followed a cold has been reported. The rise of ocular tension in early stage gave the wrong diagnosis as a spasm of glaucoma. The rise in early stage of the syndrome should not be overlooked because the disturbance of motility of the eye or exophthalmus diverts the attention to it. Akagi and Perkins pointed out the role of nervus oculomotoris and nervus trigeminus. The rise of ocular tension in early stage of this case might be caused by the stimulation of the nerves regulating the ocular tension when the apex of orbit suffered from a disease.
