I．緒言

　クレーデ氏膿漏眼予防法は，現在如何に実施されているかに就て調査したのであるが，（Ⅰ）日本の全大学医学部及び全医科大学附属病院産科婦人科教室（以下之を大学病院産科と略記す），（Ⅱ）日本各地の国立病院，公立病院，赤十字病院，主なる私立病院等の産科婦人科，産院（以下之を国立公私立病院産科と略記す），（Ⅲ）助産婦の3つに分けて夫々往復葉書等にて問合せて返答を求めたので，その結果に就て報告せんとす。此の中助産婦に依るものに就ては稿を改めて別に報告せんとす。
