　Isonicotinic acid hydrazide （INAH）に網膜血管拡張作用のあることに就いて種々実験した成績に就いては私は只今日本眼科学会雑誌に投稿中であるが，この度これとStreptomycin （SM）の結合物であるInah-mycin （科研）に就いて実験してみたのでその成績を以下に報告し度いと思う。

　Inah-mycin （基準名結晶硫酸ストレプトマイシンイソニコチン酸ヒドラゾン）はSMとINAHとの化合物の硫酸塩で，無色可溶性の結晶で，1gのSMは236mgのINAHと化合し，その構造式は下の通りと云う。

The author measured the caliber of retinal blood vessels by means of the modified ophthalmoscope attached Mikuni's eye piece to the large simplified Gullstrand's ophtha-lmoscope.

The results of the injection of Inah-Mycin to the human gluteal muscles were as follows.

1. With the injection of 4cc of the solutions of Inah-Mycin (added 3.1cc of distellated water to the 1 vial) to 17 cases, dilatation in the retinal blood vessels was occurred in 16 cases: 6 cases with the dilatation for vein, 3 cases paticulary for artery and 5 cases for vein with the dilatation of artery and vein, and 2 cases for artery and vein as well.
