　網膜動脈血行の障碍により，視神経の栄養が障碍され，急速な失明を来す疾患である網膜動脈塞栓症は，治療として，従来種々なる方法が試みられて来たが，中々充分な効果を期待出来る場合が少い。最近，網膜動脈塞栓症の2例を経験し，これにイミダリンの眼注を行い，有効と思われたので，報告する。

Case. I. A 57 years old female : She complained visual disturbance. Her visual acuity of left eye was the grade of hand movement which cannot be improved and opacity of retina, cotraction of visual field and hypertension were observed. So we diagnosed as Embolism of the central retinal artery which is caused by arterioscleroris and gave alternately subconjunctival and subcutaneous injection of 2% Imidalin (1.0cc). Six weeks after onset, the visual acuity improved to finger counting at 2m distance and the decrease of opacity of retina and the enlargement of visual field were observed.
