  • Look Inside

Here we report a case of spinal dural arteriovenous fistula (AVF) treated by endovascular embolization. A 58-year-old female presented with progressive inter-mittent claudication and numbness of the lower ex-tremities. MRI showed swelling of the spinal cord with intramedullary high signal intensity on T 2-weighted image and intramedullary enhancement, suggested spinal cord myelopathy Myelography demonstrated the dilated serpentine vessels in the subarachnoid space and focal filling defect. Angiography showed spi-nal dural AVF fed by bilateral lateral sacral artery. The draining vein was posterior spinal vein.
