1．緒言

　眼球内鉄線異物に就いては多数の報告がされているが最近私は角膜，虹彩間に橋状に嵌入した異物及び角膜より水晶体を穿通して更に深部に及ぶ比較的稀な異物の2例を得且つ特別の障碍を残す事なく比較的容易に摘出しえた症例を経験したので開講10周年を記念して報告する。

I experienced 2 very rare cases. Namely in one case a foreign body spaned cornea and iris and in other case a wipe perforated cornea, lens, and more deeply.

Ist case was the right eye of 23 years old male. I could take out a 6mm long hair-like wire that spaned cornea and iris, keeping contact a portable magnet on the cornea.

2nd case was the right eye of 12 years old boy. A 19.5 mm long piano wire gilt with nickel perforated purenphym of the cornea and lens into Waloid, and caused traumatic cataract.
