前房内睫毛異物の1例

A case of eyelashes in anterior chamber

緒言

　前房内睫毛異物は1835年Lercheが始めて報告し，我が国では明治39年大西氏が詳細に記載されその後現在までに20数例の報告を見る。此の内他種異物の介入もなく，而も小さい穿孔創で前房内に単独に睫毛を見た例は10数例に過ぎない。私は僅かな外傷で前房内に3本の睫毛が竄入した患者に遭遇しその睫毛侵入機転を奇と感じ追加報告する。

Author found a case with the slight trauma in which three eye-lashes penetrated into the anterior chamber. No other foreign body was noticed. The mechanism of the penetration was much interesting.
