興味ある経過をとつた外傷性脈絡膜破裂の1例

A case of traumatic rupture of choroid showed an interesting process.

緒言

　外傷性脈絡膜破裂は直接及び間接破裂に区別されるが，私は最近間接脈絡膜破裂の1例に遭遇し，眼底所見に於て興味ある経過をとり，視力眼底共に良好な転帰をとり，特に脈絡破裂は変形縮少して漸次消失した極めて興味ある経過をとつた稀な1例を経験したので茲に報告する。

A 37 year-old man suffered with a contusion on his face. 4 days after that ; he experi-enced a visual disturbance in the left eye, that is, V.D-1.5 (n.c), V.S-0.2(n.c), on the fundus oculi swelling and hemorrhage were noted in the adjacent area of the macula lutea.

16 days after ; V.S-0.4 (n.c), the rupture of choroid of E type has appeared in the adjacent area of the macula lutea. 21 days after ; V.S-0.6 (n.c), the rupture (E type) was varied to square type.
