（72）高度の眼底変化を伴つたDisseminated Erythematodesの一例（附．組織学的所見）

A case of disseminated erythematodes with intensive change in eye

　Erythematodesの経過中に，眼底変化を伴うことは，比較的稀とされ，事実，我国の報告も田野氏（1949）以来数人を数えるに過ぎない。しかも本症の眼球の組織学的検査は，眼科領域には，全くなく僅かに皮膚科領域に於いて，速水氏等の簡単な報告をみるのである。

　我々は，今度比較的高度の全身症状と眼底症状とを伴つた1例について1年有余の経過を観察し得たので，眼球摘出術により得た右眼の組織学的所見と併せて報告する。

1) We have observed general conditions and ophthalmologic findings of a 26 year old married woman with disseminated erythematodes following the course of the disease.

2) Ophthalmologic findings are the mixture of papilloedema, retinal edema and cotton-wool patches. Veins are dillated intermittently and show a peculiar beads-string-like outlook.

3) Histological findings of the eye ball after enucleation are edematous thickening of the ne-rve-fiber layer, degeneration and disappearance of the ganglion cells, presence of cytoid bodies, fibrinous swelling of the arteriolar wall, and retinal hemorrhage.
