眼底変化を伴つた汎発性鞏皮症の1例

A Case of Scleroderma Diffusum with Fundus Involvement

I．緒言

　鞏皮症に白内障を伴う症例はかなりの報告がみられるが，眼底変化を伴う報告例は極くわずかである。即ち，石黒氏の1例（昭和28年），丸尾，山上両氏の2例（昭和37年）であり，特に丸尾氏等は病理組織所見と共に，症状，分類，原因等にわたり詳細な記載を行なっている。今回我々が経験した症例も，紅斑性狼瘡，結節性動脈周囲炎，皮膚筋炎等と共に膠原病に特異な中毒性網膜症の典型的な像を示したものである。

A case of scleroderma diffusum with toxic retinopathy in a 22-year-old female with lethal outcome due to rapid progress of the disease is described. Ophthalmological findings con-sisted of retinal edema, cotton-wool patches, narrowing of retinal arteries and dilatation of veins. Histological studies showed edema-tous thickening of the nerve-fiber layer, pre-sence of cytoid bodies and fibrinous swelling of arteriolar wall of the choroid.
