緒言

　Blowout fractureのX線学的診断法についての第1,2報^1）2）では，骨折の型まで診断ができるのは70％であると報告した。今回は，さらに確実にその型を診断できる方法として，骨膜下造影法を試みた。

　その基礎的実験として，家兎の骨膜下に造影剤を注入し，X線上における読影の至適濃度，至適撮影時間の決定，ならびに造影剤の骨膜におよぼす影響の組織学的検索を試みた。

As a preliminary experiment in periostgraphy of the orbit, periography was performed in the frontal bone of rabbits. The roentgenogram was obtained within thirty minutes after an injec-tion with 50-100% Conlaxin L. Noticeable reac-tion with Conlaxin L injected into the periost was not observed histopathologically.

Reriostgraphy was performed in 9 cases with suspected blowout fracture and one case of nor-mal subject. Two ml of 50% Conlaxin L was injected into the subperiost of the orbital floor through the center of the lower orbital margin.
