白内障手術後にみられた交感性の脈絡膜剥離の一例

A Case of Binocular Chroidal Detachments Following Cataract Operation

緒言

　白内障手術後の前房再生遅延は重大な併発症であり，浅前房にしばしば伴つてみられる脈絡膜剥離の発生機転についても従来論議されてきた。私どもは1人の白内障患者に時期を異にして行なつた白内障手術後に，翌日より両眼同時に脈絡膜剥離をみとめた興味ある例に遭遇し，若干の知見を得たので報告する。

Binocular choroidal detachments following ca-taract operation which had been performed consecutively to both eyes of one patient were experienced.

The choroidal detachment of the right eye, first operated, was detected 10 days after ope-ration and persisted for 5 days. That of the left eye, successively operated, was detected thenext day after operation, and, at the same time, the choroidal redetachment in the right eye was also detected at the same region as before.

Although the mechanism of the pathogenesis of this complication has not been clearly eluci-dated, this case suggests us the following facts :
