緒言

　網膜電図（ERG）は網膜循環障害のさいに臨床的意義を有するといわれている^1）〜6）。この方面の研究の多くでは，ERG諸波の振幅の変化のみを論じてはいるが，その頂点潜時の変化の有無について系統的に取り扱うことはなかつたようである。われわれは網膜中心動脈閉塞症患者4名のERGの律動様小波（OP）の振幅のみならず頂点潜時をも計測し，その成績を，同一記録条件で得たERG資料を推計学的に処理して求めた正常範囲^7）8）9）と比較検討した。

In our previous report⁸⁾⁹⁾ the normal ranges of the amplitude, peak latency and interpeak interval of the upward and downward deflecti-ons of the oscillatory potential (OP) of the ele-ctroretinogram (ERG) were inferred. The pur-pose of the present study is to analyse the OP in occlusion of the central retinal artery. The apparatus and procedures of ERG recording were previously described⁸⁾⁹⁾. The stimulus light was provided by a xenon discharge lamp operated at an input energy of 20J. The amplifier time con-stant was 0.003 second. Four patients aged 13 to 59 years were studied.
