単色光ERGの臨床的応用に関する研究（Ⅰ）

On Clinical Availability of the Monochromatic ERG

緒言

　ERGのb波の中に，いくつかの異なつた成分波が含まれていることに関して，本川，三田^13）およびAdrian^1）は，それぞれ独立して色光による分析を行なつた。本川と三田は中等度明順応時に人眼ERGを記録し，Purkinje現象の存在を証明すると同時に，赤色光でよく現われ，b波に先行する尖鋭な形の陽性波を発見し，それにx波という名称を付した。Adrianもやや遅れて，Deepred, Orangen red等，数種の単色光ERGの明，暗順応下における波形の変化を観察し，b波の中にScotopic, Photopicの二つの成分波が含まれていることを報告した。その後，前者をb_s波，後者をb_p波と呼ぶようになり，Heck, Re—ndahl^10）が最初に指摘したように，b_p波の中にも，色光によるいくつかの陽性成分が存在することが知られるようになつた。

　単色光ERGに関しては，その後生理学的な分野では多くの研究が行なわれてきたが^{2）4）5）6）11）12）}現在，臨床的にはあまり普及していない。もちろん，それには，装置，操作の煩雑さと，その効用のバランスということも関連しているわけで，その点に関する検討はいまだ十分には行なわれていない。

Automatic recording of the monochromatic ERG was done on normal and pathologic eyes under the adaptation 0.2 Lux. Sixteen of mono-chromatic lights of equal energy were obtained with interference filters and colored glasses, from 400nm to 700nm, and delivered at 0.8 or1.25 sec. intervals. The results obtained were as follows:

1) The spectral response curve was obtained by plotting the amplitude of a- and b-wave against the wavelength. The maximum of the curve was around 500nm and showed a shift to 560nm when the adaptation reached at 135 Lux.
