緒 言
前報12,22,23)で,人眼ERGにおいてoff応答急峻部が主に錐体に由来することを示し,この成分を指標とすれば色覚異常者における視細胞レベル(錐体そのもの)の異常を他覚的に検出できる可能性を指摘した。
本報では,a波を錐体系の指標として用いられるかを検討し,さらに第一色覚異常者でのa波とoff応答急峻部の分光特性の異常を記す。
The spectral characteristics of the a-wave and the initial rapid positive-going off-response (rap-id off-response) of the electroretinogram (ER G) were studied in normal, protanopic and pro-tanomalous subjects. The light source was a xe-non arc lamp (1 kw) driven by a stabilized pow-er supply. After passing through a heat absorb-ing filter, neutral density filters and an inter-ference filter, the stimulus light was conveyed to the eye through a glass fiber light guide which subtended a visual angle of 20 degrees. A direct-coupled amplification was used.
